More than a decade ago, I began investing in Australian property while balancing motherhood with a demanding corporate career.

I was a serious buyer, but when I attended inspections with my young children, I sometimes felt overlooked or underestimated.

That experience stayed with me.

I was not simply buying houses. I was making important decisions about my family’s financial security, lifestyle and future. So I began doing the research myself.

Learning Through Experience

Over the years, I bought, sold and invested in my own properties.

I researched locations, market movements, property values, risks, development potential and long-term demand. I learned how to recognise genuine opportunities, negotiate confidently and know when it was better to walk away.

Property buying is not simply about choosing an attractive home. It requires strategy, preparation and the ability to see beyond what is presented at an open home.

Strategy Meets Human Understanding

Before becoming a buyer’s agent, I spent almost two decades working in senior corporate roles within multinational organisations.

My engineering background trained me to analyse information, identify risks and create clear processes. My MBA strengthened my understanding of strategy, negotiation and long-term value.

But property decisions are never based on numbers alone.

They involve emotions, family responsibilities, financial pressures and future aspirations. The best decisions happen when careful analysis and human understanding work together.

Why I Became a Buyer’s Agent

I became a buyer’s agent to support people who are busy, relocating, uncertain or overwhelmed by the buying process.

I am especially passionate about helping families ready to leave the city and begin a new chapter — whether that means moving to acreage, finding more space, reconnecting with nature or creating a different lifestyle.

I help families choose homes that support their needs today and their three-, five- and ten-year vision.

I also help investors assess opportunities clearly, ensuring each purchase supports a broader investment strategy.
